Career Counseling
Career Counseling offers the opportunity to talk one-on-one with an experienced expert and discuss your career goals. Counselors will discuss your past work experience, your future aspirations, and the skills you currently have—as well as those you may want to develop or strengthen.
They also provide hands-on assistance with your resume, conducting mock interviews, and providing ongoing guidance and support throughout your job search.
The first step to receiving career counseling is to attend one of our orientations. During orientation, you’ll meet a career counselor and learn more about the career center and the wide range of resources available to support your job search.
Orientations are held in-person at our office in Pleasanton. You can find the dates and times on our Workshop Calendar.
***Please note: Our facility differs from a recruitment agency in that we don’t offer job placement. Our approach is to “Help You Help Yourself”. We do not find jobs or apply to them on your behalf.***
