As an employer in our region, you can rely on the Tri-Valley Career Center (TVCC) to be a key resource for your workforce development needs. We act as a partner in your success, connecting you with qualified clients, offering recruitment and training assistance, conducting local labor market research, and hosting hiring events and candidate screenings.

In collaboration with you and your human resource department, we help determine the best way to connect with candidates and then provide opportunities to do so, whether through traditional face-to-face referrals, hosted events, or innovative uses of technology.

As part of the wider Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) and its Economic Development Department, we help you and your employees access OSHA classes, apprenticeships, customized trainings and the Colleges’ career technical trainings. Through the Alameda County Workforce Development Board, we help strategize on matters such as lay-off aversion, incumbent training and identifying customized trainings.
