Home/Employers/Introducing Amy Miller, Employer Liaison

Introducing Amy Miller, Employer Liaison

We would like to introduce our newest staff member, Amy Miller.  Amy will be sharing the role of Employer Liaison with Sharon Schuyler this year.  Together, they will create a dynamic team working with more employers in the region.  Their roles are to work with employers on recruitment assistance, On-the-Job Training opportunities, hiring events and other opportunities to match clients to employer needs.

Amy began her career in the Career Counseling field back in 1999, while still a graduate student and has worked as a consultant off and on for the last 10 years within various educational organizations. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling and has a Pupil Personnel Services Credential. She is passionate about ensuring people understand and are aware of all opportunities that could lead to a fulfilling career. Amy has also served as a Trustee in the Dublin Unified School District for the last 9 years and has chaired the Regional Occupational Board (ROP) for many of those years.  In her role as a Trustee and with the ROP Board, Amy is knowledgeable about current industry trends, understands Apprenticeship, and has a broad network with which to connect employers and jobseekers.

We are lucky to have her on our team.  You can reach Amy by email at [email protected] and by phone at 925-560-9737.  She and Sharon ([email protected], 925-560-9437) are here to help employers succeed in their hiring.  Please call, introduce yourself and get your questions answered.
