This website is an extension of the Tri-Valley Career Center (TVCC). Neither TVCC nor trivalleycareecenter.org collects personal information when you visit our web site unless you choose to provide that information.
Participation in the job board and events calendar at https://jobs.trivalleycareercenter.org/ and https://jobs.trivalleycareercenter.org/events/ is completely voluntary. Information shared at these sites pertain only to job search activities.
Information Collected and Stored Automatically
When you visit, we may store some or all of the following: the Internet address from which you access trivalleycareercenter.org, date and time, the Internet address of the web site from which you linked to trivalleycareercenter.org, the name of the file or words you searched, items clicked on a page, and the browser and operating system used. Refunds for Services
Refunds for services such as a certificate will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the request. Tri-Valley Career Center reserves the right to deny a refund request on grounds that the service was provided, regardless of the testing result.
Refunds/Cancellations for Events, Individuals and Organizations
In the event that an individual or organization chooses to withdraw completely from a planned event, the following refund schedule will apply. Once you have completed the registration form, our cancellation policy is in effect. The following cancellation policy applies:
- If cancellation occurs less than two week prior to the event, the full registration fee is forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a refund less the credit card processing fee.
All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing. No refunds will be issued less than two weeks prior to the event and individuals/organizations remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills must be paid and may prevent participation in future events.

We also do not use personal information made available by the user to these third-party sites.
Prohibitions
TVCC and trivalleycareercenter.org will not link to any website that exhibits hate, bias, or discrimination. TVCC and the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District reserves the right to deny or remove any link that contains misleading information or unsubstantiated claims, or is determined to be in conflict with TVCC policies.
